The Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI) is an attitudinal assessment that looks at how a person thinks or feels about someone or something and how those thoughts and feelings affect their behavior. The assessment is based on an energy/action model or how much energy a person has available to complete specific tasks, projects, or goals. After you take the assessment, Coach Tarsh debriefs the results and then works with you to develop a plan for moving forward based on your goals.
