Energy Leadership is both a form of leadership and the actual process of using your energy in a way that works for you rather than against you. Some life experiences have a "catabolic effect" on you, meaning they bring your energy down and limit your sense of options. Other experiences have an "anabolic effect," meaning they elevate your energy level and give you a sense of freedom, choice, power, and fulfillment. Every thought you have comes with energetic consequences. Over time, catabolic energy can harm you, while anabolic energy heals or builds you up.
